Learning 'on the job' New recruits work closely with experienced BCG and client team members. The Project Leader, Principal, and Partner provide experience and direction for the project team, and are also expected to develop individuals, ensuring that each consultant has both the resources and the opportunity to learn new skills. In addition, the diverse experiences and backgrounds of fellow team members provide a rich source for learning.
